How it is made

Each tier is gathered at a ratio of 1.6 to 1 into the one above. The bodice is lined because the voile alone would not be opaque; the lining is what carries the rating.

Fit notes

This piece was tried on by 2 people whose measurements differ materially. Verdicts come from a fixed set of three, so a note can only describe how the garment sat, never the person wearing it.

A light cotton voile that creases across the tiers when packed and shakes out within an hour.

Care: Machine wash at 30 °C on a delicate cycle. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Iron warm on the reverse.
